1. Eligibility and Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete account information.
• You must use Seranova only for lawful business purposes.
• You must keep your login credentials secure and confidential.
• You must ensure that you have authority to connect Google Business Profiles or any other connected account for your business.

2. Google and Third Party Integrations

• You must grant permission through Google OAuth before Seranova can read or reply to reviews on your behalf.
• You can revoke Google access at any time from your Google settings.
• Removing access may disable some features for your account.
• You must comply with all Google and third party platform terms while using those integrations.

3. AI Features

• Seranova uses AI to analyze reviews, detect sentiment, and generate suggested replies.
• AI outputs are suggestions only. You remain responsible for all posted or approved content.
• You should review and edit AI suggestions before publishing.
• We may use third party AI providers to process your content.
• We do not sell your data and we do not train public models on your business data.
• You can disable AI features by contacting support.

4. Acceptable Use

• You must not interfere with or disrupt the platform.
• You must not use Seranova to send unlawful or misleading content.
• You must not violate third party platform policies.
• You must not use the service for unauthorized bulk posting or spam.

5. HIPAA Responsibilities

• If you use Seranova with healthcare related content, you must ensure you have the legal right to upload or transmit PHI.
• You must request and sign a Business Associate Agreement if required.
• You must follow all HIPAA requirements when handling PHI.
• You must notify us if PHI is shared by mistake.

6. Service Availability and Changes

• Features may change, improve, or be removed over time.
• Integrations may be added or removed at our discretion.
• We may suspend access for maintenance, security, or legal reasons.

7. Payments and Subscriptions

• Paid plans renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• You can cancel anytime via account settings or support.
• Fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

8. Termination

• You may close your account at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
• Content and integrations may be removed after termination.
• Some information may be retained for legal or regulatory obligations.

9. Ownership

• You own your content, business data, and communications.
• HRZ Solutions, LLC DBA Dream Beyond Technologies, LLC owns the Seranova platform and all intellectual property.

10. Liability

• Seranova is provided on an “as available” basis.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or rating improvements.
• Liability is limited to the amount paid in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Texas law. Any disputes will be handled in Texas courts.
